Reason Right-Minded Teamwork

Right-Minded Teamwork asserts that as teammates, you either work together as allies, or you pull apart, viewing each other as adversaries.

Allies work towards achieving team goals. Adversaries work towards individual elevation, which separates and divides the team.

To determine whether you are in an ally or adversary mindset, ask yourself, Do I want to be right, or do I want our team to be successful? Allies want to be part of a successful team. Adversaries want to be right, no matter the cost.

As an adversary, EgoEgo is the negative, wrong-minded teacher who continually tells you how difficult the world is and how you must constantly fight to survive. More persuades you to compete with your teammates. As an ally, ReasonReason is a mythological character and symbolic guide who shows you how to think and behave in a Right-Minded way. As your Right-Minded teacher, Reason helps you differentiate and choose between Right-Minded and wrong-minded attitudes and behaviors. More says the opposite. Reason gently reminds you that separatenessOneness is a psychological state of mind. It can be described in many ways using phrases such do no harm, and work as one. More prevents true success. As the Decision-MakerThe Right Choice Model uses the term “Decision-Maker” to describe the part of you that chooses to listen to and follow either the wrong-minded ways of Ego or the Right-Minded ways of Reason. More, you choose to follow either Reason or Ego. You either collaborate or compete. You are an ally or adversary. There is no middle ground.
