How to Return to the Circle
Your return to the Unified Circle begins when your team discusses and agrees on its psychological goals (RMT Element #2), its consciously chosen Right-Minded attitudes and behaviors, and transforms them into written Work Agreements.
This process is your team’s undivided declaration of interdependence, asserting the mindful truth:
“All minds are created equal, and whosoever believes that will have everlasting freedom to choose Right-Minded Teamwork.”
By uniting and openly committing to one another through your Work Agreements, you collectively commit to train your minds to follow Reason, renouncing the temptation of Ego and competition.

- Practical Framework: The Circle is practically expressed in the upper loop of the Right Choice Model, which visually depicts the cycle of Right-Minded attitudes and behaviors that sustain teamwork.
- The Goal: Every daily act of living your team’s Work Agreements reinforces this collective choice and brings you back to your rightful place in the Circle.
