And now, I am semi-retired.  I spend my time promoting the Right-Minded Teamwork books, plus I have two previous client companies who continue to hire me for training and facilitation.

For over 10 years, Lord & Hogan LLC worked at several companies at NASA's Johnson Space Center, including CAE-Link, which was responsible for the Space Shuttle Simulator.

One day, we got a call saying there was a scheduling error and the astronauts were unable to fly the Shuttle Simulator.

In 1990, I started Lord & Hogan LLC, which continues operating today. For the first decade, we created and sent clients an annual Thanksgiving Card. Here I am in 1992, facilitating a Work Agreement.

In 1989, I was the Assistant Manager at Elecon, an outplacement firm in Houston, Texas.

In 1986, I joined Right Management in Houston, Texas, as an outplacement consultant.

I was a Career Center Manager at Texas Instruments in Austin, Texas, for a six-month assignment.
