This 90-day implementation plan is for forming a new work team. It describes important actions and objectives. Use this plan to help you identify additional actions.
There are 3 one-day workshops that address real teamwork. RMT does not use games or personality assessments.
The team leader should provide lots of structure during this formation stage. They will be more directive than collaborative. After 90 days, the leader will easily move to a collaborative and consensus building leadership style.
Teammates should ask lots of questions, understand their job assignments and agree to follow Right-Minded Teamwork behavior.
After 90 days of operation, the team will follow the Right-Minded Teamwork Implementation Plan for Existing Teams.
