Let’s talk about the perception of teamwork.
Teamwork perceptions are formed by what you have actually seen and heard. Your experiences form right and wrong perceptions of teamwork.
That means, what you believe about teamwork …. you WILL SEE. That also means you are likely seeing what you want to see…either good or bad.
If you and your teammates see collaboration, synergy and clear mission, you are doing your part to create Right-Minded Teamwork. But if you see chaos, drama and blame, … AND you are not attempting to correct it, you are moving towards wrong-minded teamwork.
The choices of Right-Minded Teamwork , such as collaboration, are perfectly clear.
Teaching you how to facilitate a team towards Right-Minded Teamwork choices is also perfectly clear and actually quite simple. If you do not see it clearly, it is because you are temporarily out of your right mind. Don’t worry. It’s just a momentary mental lapse of attention. You have only forgotten to listen to Reason.
It’s quite easy to refocus.
Stop. Be still. Quiet your mind.
Then remember the Right-Minded Choices. Once you have those in your mind and perception, then it’s easy to choose the behaviors that will move your team towards Right-Minded Teamwork.
